I am Swarna Deekshat, an Advocate practising in Nellore and the High Court of Andhra Pradesh. I work on legal, human rights, and social justice issues, with a special commitment to protecting Dalit rights and the rights of marginalized communities. I believe in equality, dignity, constitutional values, and justice for all.

అనేక దళిత బహుజన సంఘాలలో పనిచేసిన అనుభవం, కార్మిక సంఘాలలో పనిచేయడం, దళితుల సమస్యలు : అట్రాసిటీ, భూమి సమస్యలు, కులాంతర వివాహాలు, ప్రభుత్వ వ్యతిరేక విధానాలు, మరి ముఖ్యంగా అన్ని రంగాలలో దళితులకు జరుగుచున్న అన్యాయాలపై, ఎస్సీ వర్గీకరణ చాలా కలచివేసింది, మాలలకు అధిక నష్టం, రాజ్యాధికారం మన చేతుల్లో ఉంటే పైన తెలిపిన సమస్యలకు పరిష్కారం, అది సాధించాలంటే సబ్ ప్లాన్ నిధులు సక్రమంగా ఖర్చు చేయాలి, దళితవాడలను ప్రత్యేక పంచాయితీలు చేయాలి, ఇదే మనముందున్న సవాల్, ఈ రాష్ట్రములో ఆదిశగా అడుగులు వేసేది ఒకే ఒక సంఘంఅంబేద్కర్ ఇండియా మిషన్ ( AIM ) వ్యవస్థాపకులు సునీల్ కుమార్ సార్ నాయకత్వంలో మేము పనిచేయడం ఎంతో గర్వంగా ఫిలవుతున్నాను.
